1. Introduction
● Briefly introduce Doriblue and its services.
● State that by using the platform, users agree to these terms.
2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities
● Users must provide accurate information during sign-up.
● Only individuals 18 years or older can create an account.
● Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
● Doriblue reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies.
3. Seller Policies
● Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for their products.
● They must handle orders, returns, and refunds as per Doriblue’s policies.
● No sale of prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items.
● Sellers must comply with all tax obligations in their respective regions.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
● Buyers must read product descriptions before making a purchase.
● No fraudulent chargebacks or false refund claims.
● Buyers must communicate with sellers before escalating disputes to Doriblue.
5. Payment & Fees
● Doriblue processes payments securely via Stripe.
● Sellers receive 90% of their sales revenue, while Doriblue keeps 10% as a
service fee.
● Payouts to sellers occur every two weeks (subject to verification).
● Doriblue may withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Shipping & Fulfillment
● Sellers are responsible for fulfilling and shipping their orders.
● Buyers should receive tracking information once an order is shipped.
● If a package is lost in transit, the seller and buyer must communicate before
seeking resolution through Doriblue.
7. Refunds, Returns & Disputes
● Buyers can request refunds if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
● Sellers must respond to return/refund requests within 3 business days.
● Doriblue reserves the right to mediate disputes and issue refunds from the
seller’s balance if necessary.
8. Prohibited Activities
● No selling of illegal, counterfeit, or intellectual property-infringing products.
● No hate speech, fraud, harassment, or abusive behavior on the platform.
● No use of Doriblue to engage in money laundering or fraudulent activities.
9. Intellectual Property
● Doriblue retains ownership of all logos, trademarks, and branding.
● Users cannot copy, distribute, or modify Doriblue’s content, website, or software
without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
● Doriblue is a marketplace, not the seller of goods, and is not responsible for
product quality or delivery delays.
● Doriblue is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from
platform usage.
11. Privacy Policy
● Doriblue collects personal data only for account management, transactions, and
customer support.
● User information is not shared or sold to third parties without consent.
● Stripe handles payment processing securely, and Doriblue does not store credit
card details.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
● Doriblue can suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies.
● Users may appeal a suspension by contacting Doriblue Support.
13. Changes to Terms
● Doriblue reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
● Continued use of the platform after changes means the user agrees to the updated
terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
● Any legal disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the United
States.
● Disputes must first be resolved through mediation, and if unresolved, they will be
handled in small claims court or arbitration.
