Reach out to the billing department and receive the wrong charge, although it’s hard for you to
get charged more money if you are the one who processed the transaction. But we always want
to work with you and bring you a solution.

How do i become a seller?
Becoming a seller is easy just click on the seller button on the top of the page and create your
store Choose the product categories you want to sell. Create a username, manage your store
layout, create a link to promote your product on the internet.
Do i have a special discount if i am ordering as a seller?
As a seller if you decide to buy anything from any other seller there is no benefit or discount we
can give you unless the seller decide to give a discount on his products
When is my Payment Released by Doriblue?
1 day from confirming the buyer’s payment for the sales proceeds to appear as
Available for payout, unless the transaction was placed on hold, in which case it may
take longer. It typically takes 2 days from confirming the buyer’s payment to initiate your
payout if your payouts are scheduled daily. Payment can be done , Weekly, monthly
. Go To payment center to check payment status.
Who is responsible for the warranty on the item purchased from me?
Seller is responsible for the warranty if product is lost or broken,otherwise if the
address indicated was correct.it’s the consumers fault.

● report the incident to the police
● Or called the shipping company
Do I need to pay Doriblue to list my item?
For Now, you can list your items freely
When does Doriblue charge me as a seller?
We charge you a cut when you buy something from another seller, and we do charge you taxes
plus a small commission or your either daily, weekly, Monthly, when you withdraw your funds.
Why is not Doriblue responsible for the Warranty of the Products?
Doriblue does not manufacture any products.We only offer to our users the ease to buy and sell
their good quality products from electronics ,clothing, house furnitures etc…
However We will make sure that good quality products are being sent to the client. The Seller
needs to send us a 30 seconds or 1 minute video before they Expedite the product to the client
