Doriblue Seller Policy
Doriblue is committed to creating a fair and transparent marketplace for both buyers and
sellers. This Seller Policy outlines the rules and responsibilities for all sellers using our
platform. By selling on Doriblue, you agree to comply with these terms.
Seller Eligibility & Account Requirements
â—Ź Sellers must provide accurate registration information, including name, email,
phone number, and payout details.
â—Ź Only individuals 18 years or older or legally registered businesses can sell on
Doriblue.
â—Ź Sellers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal
business regulations.
Product Listings & Prohibited Items
Listing Guidelines
â—Ź Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, including high-quality
images, specifications, and pricing.
â—Ź Misleading information, false advertising, or incorrect pricing is strictly prohibited.
● Listings must comply with Doriblue’s Refund & Return Policy (see below).
Prohibited & Restricted Items
Sellers are not allowed to list the following:
â—Ź Counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods.
â—Ź Illegal drugs, weapons, or hazardous materials.
â—Ź Adult content, explicit material, or offensive items.
â—Ź Services or digital goods that violate intellectual property laws.
â—Ź Items violating any trademark, copyright, or patent laws.
Doriblue reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules. Repeated violations
may lead to account suspension.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
â—Ź Sellers are responsible for processing, packaging, and shipping orders on time.
â—Ź Orders must be shipped within the timeframe specified in the listing.
â—Ź Sellers must provide tracking information for all shipped orders.

â—Ź If a seller fails to ship within the promised timeframe, buyers may request a refund
or cancellation.
Returns, Refunds & Dispute Resolution
â—Ź Sellers must clearly state their return policy in their product listings.
â—Ź If a buyer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the seller must
accept a return or refund request within 3 business days.
â—Ź Sellers are responsible for providing a prepaid return shipping label if the issue
is their fault.
â—Ź If a seller fails to respond to a valid dispute, Doriblue may refund the buyer from
the seller’s balance.
Payments & Fees
â—Ź Doriblue charges 10% of each completed sale as a service fee.
â—Ź Sellers receive 90% of the sale amount, paid via Stripe every two weeks.
â—Ź Doriblue may hold payments in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy
violations.
â—Ź Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.
Free Trial (5 months)
All sellers on Doriblue are offered a 5-month free trial, allowing them to list and sell their
products without incurring any monthly fees. This gives sellers the opportunity to test the
platform and evaluate the performance of their products.
Conditions During the Free Trial:
1. Product Listing Limit:
Sellers are allowed to list up to 20 products during the 5-month free trial.
If a seller exceeds the limit of 20 products listed, they will be required to purchase a
Standard Plan to continue listing more products and pay $0.10 per product listing.
2. Monthly Sales Limit:
If a seller achieves $1,000 or more in monthly sales, they will need to upgrade to a
Premium Plan. This ensures that higher-volume sellers have access to the tools and
features they need to grow their business.
Post-Free Trial:
After the 5-month free trial, sellers who have exceeded the product listing or sales
thresholds will need to subscribe to the appropriate plan based on their activity

during the trial period.Kindly be aware that Doriblue charges a 10% fee on all withdrawal
transactions. This
fee is applied when funds are requested from your seller account.

Seller Conduct & Marketplace Integrity
â—Ź Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries and disputes in a timely manner.
â—Ź No fraudulent activities, including fake orders, reviews, or misrepresentation.
â—Ź Sellers must not redirect customers to purchase outside of Doriblue.
â—Ź Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate communication with buyers is strictly
prohibited.
Account Suspension & Termination
Doriblue reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
â—Ź Repeated policy violations.
â—Ź High rates of refunds, chargebacks, or negative feedback.
â—Ź Engaging in fraud, selling prohibited items, or abusing the system.
â—Ź Failure to meet shipping or customer service standards.
Sellers may appeal suspensions by contacting Doriblue Support.
Changes to Seller Policy
Doriblue may update this policy from time to time. Sellers will be notified of significant
changes, and continued use of the platform implies agreement to the updated terms.
