1. Introduction

2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

â—Ź Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
â—Ź Doriblue reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies.
3. Seller Policies
â—Ź Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for their products.
â—Ź They must handle orders, returns, and refunds as per Doriblue’s policies.
â—Ź No sale of prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items.
â—Ź Sellers must comply with all tax obligations in their respective regions.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
â—Ź Buyers must read product descriptions before making a purchase.
â—Ź No fraudulent chargebacks or false refund claims.
â—Ź Buyers must communicate with sellers before escalating disputes to Doriblue.
5. Payment & Fees
â—Ź Doriblue processes payments securely via Stripe.
â—Ź Sellers receive 90% of their sales revenue, while Doriblue keeps 10% as a
service fee.
â—Ź Payouts to sellers occur every two weeks (subject to verification).
â—Ź Doriblue may withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Shipping & Fulfillment
â—Ź Sellers are responsible for fulfilling and shipping their orders.
â—Ź Buyers should receive tracking information once an order is shipped.
â—Ź If a package is lost in transit, the seller and buyer must communicate before
seeking resolution through Doriblue.
7. Refunds, Returns & Disputes
â—Ź Buyers can request refunds if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
â—Ź Sellers must respond to return/refund requests within 3 business days.
â—Ź Doriblue reserves the right to mediate disputes and issue refunds from the
seller’s balance if necessary.
8. Prohibited Activities
â—Ź No selling of illegal, counterfeit, or intellectual property-infringing products.
â—Ź No hate speech, fraud, harassment, or abusive behavior on the platform.
â—Ź No use of Doriblue to engage in money laundering or fraudulent activities.
9. Intellectual Property
â—Ź Doriblue retains ownership of all logos, trademarks, and branding.
● Users cannot copy, distribute, or modify Doriblue’s content, website, or software
without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
â—Ź Doriblue is a marketplace, not the seller of goods, and is not responsible for
product quality or delivery delays.
â—Ź Doriblue is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from
platform usage.
11. Privacy Policy
â—Ź Doriblue collects personal data only for account management, transactions, and
customer support.
â—Ź User information is not shared or sold to third parties without consent.
â—Ź Stripe handles payment processing securely, and Doriblue does not store credit
card details.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
â—Ź Doriblue can suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies.
â—Ź Users may appeal a suspension by contacting Doriblue Support.
13. Changes to Terms
